Welcome to the

Laboratory of Social NeuroEthology

We explore how individuals establish and sustain social connections

Long-lasting relationships require effective communication. We study how social partners communicate and the impact of communication behaviours on relationships. We also study how the brain regulates these behaviours. We take an interdisciplinary and comparative approach — our research focuses on the social behaviour of mammals.
